Mark Cuvillier wrote this song, The Reason for the Park, and gave permission for it to be downloaded. Mark grew up in Kingman and went to school with the children who lost their fathers in the BLEVE. Cuvillier is also an author and is working on two books simultaneously. One a multi-generational family history about his Cajun ancestors and a regional history about the 1927 Mississippi flood in Louisiana that drove a lot of Cajun families into Southeast Texas, Port Arthur and Orange.
